After months of planning, producing, editing, mastering and innumerable other details, Trent Reznor's collection of live CDs and a DVD is almost here and Reznor's thrown a few extra goodies into the melting pot for good measure.

Nine Inch Nails Live: And All That Could Have Been is a collection of live material gathered during Nine Inch Nails' Fragility v2.0 that took place in 2000. The collection features two separate CDs, one of which is a "deluxe" CD that includes a nine-track bonus disc called Still, which holds several new songs as well as "select" live recordings (in a "deconstructed fashion").

The DVD (fear not, my digitally challenged friends there is a VHS version as well) has been crammed with all manner of goodies, such as multiple camera angles, bonus features, audio commentary, smoke, lights and flailing limbs. And for those picky types, there are 18 tracks of live, recorded musical mayhem. (You can catch a peek at the trailer at

The collection was initially scheduled to be released on December 4, but delays in the mastering process of the DVD (which was, incidentally, shot, edited and produced using Apple software) forced the release back to January 22.
